Ran 5k around the sea wall. A personal best of 35 minutes. Stopped for coffee on the way home and was frustrated by an elderly gentleman who took over 5 minutes to order a sandwich.

Later I purchased a pair of shoes on Granville Street. The attractive young shop assistant helped me to try them on and as she leaned forward I couldn't help but notice her attractive breasts. I may exchange these shoes tomorrow!

Spent the rest of the day soaking in the sun and relishing the fact that I had accurately predicted the result of last night's "American Idol" finale.
